Ok- those of you now think I'm crazy- that's from good old Disney's Robin Hood . . .
And golly, what a day it was. Imagine me- with a splint in my mouth and a sprained ankle (oh tennis, someday, when I'm not injured and I learn to serve and have a decent backhand . . .I will conquer you!). So I'm supposed to meet Erin for lunch, but she decides to drive because of the ankl, and she drives to Gardendale to pick me up . . . . .and her car breaks down. We try repeatedly to jump it off and eventually wind up stuck 30 yards away from our interstate ramp. Keep in mind I had to follow her driving left-footed just in case such an automotive failure should occur. So we're stranded and hungry and recieving wolf-whistles and ridiculous comments from teens and twenty-somethings passing in their overly jacked pickups. I'm blaring Wicked and sticking an umbrella out the window. Good times. At least now I know how to jump of a car. Well, it's time to go to work- come see me!
